Hook Ups, Break Ups & Here Come The Brides

Love is in the air and apparently so is the phrase “I Do” as two celebrities surprise fans with news of their nuptials.
“American Idol” season 6 winner Jordin Sparks sparked a lot of buzz when she announced to the world that not only was she secretly married last summer, but she and her husband are already expecting their first bundle of joy.
The 27-year old Sparks and 25 year old Dana Isaiah eloped in July while vacationing in Hawaii. Isaiah is a model who met his future wife earlier this year in Houston. Isaiah says his mom recruited the “No Air” singer to convince her son to move to LA…”My mom was trying to get (Jordin) to talk me out of moving to L.A. because she’s experienced the industry out here…” but instead sparks began to fly between the two and the singer says she knew immediately “Isaiah was the one“. Jordin says, “I had never spent time with somebody that I had just met, also somebody of the opposite sex, that I immediately felt 100% comfortable with. When I’m with him I feel comfort and safety and calm and peace and those weren’t things I normally felt.” The newlyweds are expecting their baby in the spring. The singer says she plans to continue her music career, but says of her marital bliss, “I’m the most content I’ve ever been in my life.”

The couple exchanged their vows in New Orleans in front of about 250 guests including singer Beyonce and husband JayZ and Eva Longoria. The lavish affair reportedly cost around $1 million.
