Hughley On Syrian Attack & Rapper Claims Police Stole $1 Million Worth of Jewelry: Celebrity Wrap Up

by TRN Staff Writer

DL Hughley on U.S. Syrian Strike “Trump…attacking “poor Brown people“. While conservatives on the right and the MSM cheered President Trump’s U.S. missile strike on Syria last week as a show of strength, Hughley might sum it up as typical political bullying of people of color.  Hughley said, “…I think nothing’s more American than bombing poor Brown people and I think it’s ironic that Syrians have been dying for years and there have been several that have been killed in chemical attacks since he became president. And all of a sudden these are the ones that you wanna …”  Hughley’s suspicion of Trump’s motives in launching missiles on Syria is shared by some liberal media and critics who say the president is trying to improve his image and approval ratings while others think it was nothing more than yet another distraction to pull attention away from the investigation into his ties with Russia.

Police are denying they seized any jewelry in the arrest.  City spokesperson Vincent Creel says they learned about the alleged robbery like everyone else–when Boosie posted a video alleging the jewelry was stolen.  Boosie’s entourage was arrested on assault charges following an incident at a Biloxi shopping mall.  Police say Boosie was not involved in the fight between members of his entourage and a shopping mall guard.  After the incident, Boosie’s entourage left the scene in a van and were pulled over and arrested a short time later. Police say the van’s driver was also in possession of a stolen gun.
