Actor/comedian Kevin Hart’s life of late has been playing out more like a movie with a plot of a sex scandal, sex tapes and extortion.

Video has been swirling around news sites and the internet of Hart in a compromising position with a woman.  One of the first news sites to broadcast the 4-minute and 47 seconds video was TMZ.  The news site described what happens in the tape saying the “video is highly produced, with audio from Kevin on various radio shows as the video rolls.  The video cuts to a bedroom scene where it appears 2 people are having sex on a bed.  You can’t see the people in the bed, but afterward you see a naked man walking in the room and it definitely looks like Kevin.”   TMZ says the person behind the video admitted to being an extortionist who only exposed the “Central Intelligence” actor in hopes of getting paid $10 million.   The TMZ article goes on to say, “The real reason Kevin Hart orchestrated the Texas Hurricane Relief Fund, this so-called good deed was done to get ahead as he knew this damaging footage was one click away from being exposed as the liar and cheater he is.  Kevin Hart was privy to me wanting to expose him as I have made countless attempts to expose this information to various blogs, in an attempt to also get paid.”

Once the word “extortion” was tied to the video, the FBI got involved and the woman captured in the video decided her name was being dragged through the mud enough.  On Wednesday,  Montia Sabbag decided to hold a news conference to clear her name.  Sabbag admits to having been “intimately involved” with Hart but denies she’s behind the extortion.  Sabbag said, “I am not an extortionist. I had nothing to do with these recordings...”

The video was recorded apparently while Hart and Sabbag were at a Las Vegas hotel a couple of months ago.  Sabbag has hired an attorney who says her client is the victim here.

Is she?   Some are saying Hart’s pregnant wife is the victim in all this mess. The 37 year old Hart married 31 year old Eniko Parrish just over a year ago.  The highly publicized wedding showed the beautiful bride in her custom Vera Wang gown being gazed upon lovingly by Hart.  On Mother’s Day, Hart announced to IG followers that he and Eniko were expecting a baby boy…

Hart’s prediction of “this time next year we will be celebrating her 1st actual Mother’sDay” may be in jeopardy since the scandal of his extra-marital affair has leaked out in a most embarrassing way.  Ex-wife Torrei Hart told “Inside Edition” that Kevin’s “lies and infidelity” ruined their eight year marriage and “All I can say is if it happened to me, it could happen to anyone.”

Hart has tried to stay ahead of negative publicity on social media by posting confessions and apologies to Eniko and his unborn child which ended with him being the punch line on Twitter postings.

Hart turned his infidelity in his first marriage into part of his onstage comedy joking in his stand-up special “Kevin Hart: Let Me Explain”, “Lying ruined my marriage. . . . That’s a lie, I cheated…Yes, people, I cheated. Am I ashamed of it? No, I’m not,” he joked. “Do I wish I could take it back? No, no I don’t. Let me tell you why. You can’t evolve as a man if you never make a mistake. The only way that you can be perfect is to not f‑‑‑ up. I did it, I f‑‑‑ed up. Don’t cheat!”

That joke is some serious advice Hart should have taken to heart.

As for the other woman Sabbag, she says she’s not looking to cash in on the situation and is not suing Hart.  She says she just wanted to clear her good name because she did nothing wrong…she broke no laws.  Eniko Parris may disagree on that last point.
