Lucious Lyon might not make it to the second season of Empire if Terrence Howard’s real-life ex-wife gets close enough to him…
It has been reported that Howard’s ex wife Michelle Ghent has been sending him death threats.
Sources are determining if Michelle Ghent is the one behind the barrage of threats posted over Instagram, including posts like:
“I’m watching you! I’m coming for … LOL. You two won’t live to see your children.”
And another Instagram post to his wife, followed by a picture of Howard with another woman:
“Your husband is cheating on you! Just thought you should know.”
And there’s another pic of a pill bottle that belonged to Howard followed with:
“Oh dear, look what I found. Do hope you refilled. It’s one of the things you can’t leave home without.”
Howard is definitely convinced and claims that he’s been getting disturbing posts like these for a year now. He then filed a police report with the Los Angeles Police Department.
From what it looks like, this has Ghent’s name written all over it. After the judge signed the search warrant, the LAPD claims that these Instagram accounts that these threats came from all have no followers except for her.
And even though Michelle told TMZ that she didn’t send the message and is no longer a suspect, LAPD says there’s still an open investigation.
It’s easy to assume that Ghent is just terrorizing Howard on top of trying to clean out his bank account. The scapegoat pin can be an automatic reaction most of the time. But what drives an ex-wife to spew utter insanity like death-threats over social media? This feud has to be about more than just money at this point. Howard had to have done something very wrong… or was she always this crazy?
If this is all true, could this be the real reason Howard divorced her?
