Who says You Can’t Put a Price on Love? TRN told you last week about Mariah Carey’s rumored break up with billionaire beau James Packer. An unidentified friend told Woman’s Day magazine Packer just wanted out after the diva’s new reality TV show threatened to drag him into the limelight. TMZ says the singer is willing to go on “Without You” Packer, but she wants to dig into his deep pockets on the way out. The staggering amount she’s allegedly demanding is definitely “Bringin’ On the Heartbreak”. TMZ says Carey is demanding Packer pay her $50 million for her trouble. The website says Carey figures that’s what the relationship cost her to uproot her life and move from New York to LA which allowed Packer to be closer to his children. Carey is also reportedly adding in various financial promises that are now broken because of the split. No comments from Packer confirming or denying if the TMZ story is true.
Coolio’s Day in Court–Again Rapper Coolio has been down this road before…and found himself again appearing before a judge on charges related to firearms. Last month, the “Gangsta Paradise”rapper and his crew were arrested after carrying a bag with loaded guns to LAX. Coolio went before the judge last week who recognized the “It Takes a Thief” rapper either because of his celebrity or from previous court appearances—we’re not really sure. We’re also not sure if the judge was complimenting or clowning Coolio when he said to him, “You’re a little bit different. You’ve got a different little hairstyle going on here than in the past, but it, you know, it suits you.” Either way, the “hair style” may have worked in Coolio’s favor. The judge gave Coolio a stern warning threatening jail time if he is caught carrying concealed weapons again before sending the rapper on his way.
Oops! Madea Did It Again at The Box Office! For the second weekend in a row, Tyler Perry’s “Boo! A Madea Halloween” held onto the top spot ranking in more than $50 million. Perry’s comedy beat out Tom Cruise’s “Jack Reacher” last weekend and snatch the spot from Tom Hanks’ “Inferno” this weekend.
Speaking of Halloween, no doubt there will be plenty of Trump vs. Clinton costumes, as well as plenty of superheroes from Thor to the Suicide Squad. But when it comes to super heroes, sometimes the classics are the best like this “Incredible” family….
But our favorite by far is this adorable little guy named Ceron Pugh III. His parents posted him on Instagram and we have to agree with his Mom that his costume as not your so average hero is too adorable. We’re not even certain if little Ceron even knows how to walk yet, so it’s doubtful he’ll be kneeling, but we know he is killin’ it as a little Kaepernick–fro’ and all.
Happy Halloween everyone and please be careful if you’re taking the little ones out trick or treating.
