More Charges Against Kelly, Meghan Passes on Trump Visit: Celebrity Wrap Up!

by Ms. Black Hollywood

R. Kelly Buried Under More Charges   The “Bump and Grind” singer was charged with 11 new counts of felony sexual assault on Thursday.  The additional charges stem from Kelly’s relationship with Jerhonda Pace who was a minor in 2010 when the alleged abuse occurred.  Pace shared her story on Lifetime’s investigative docuseries “Surviving R. Kelly”.  The new charges include four counts of aggravated criminal assault, two counts of criminal sex assault by force and three count counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a victim betweetween the ages of 13 and 16.  Some of the counts could mean up to 30 years in prison for the 52 year old singer.

Meghan Markle Sitting This One Out   When the U.S. President arrives in the U.K. next week for his official visit, one U.S. born citizen won’t be there to give him a warm welcome.  Duchess of Sussex and former “Suits” actress Meghan Markle is taking a pass on the sit down with Trump and Melania.  Some speculate Markle won’t be joining husband Prince Harry since she is still on maternity leave having given birth to baby Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor just four weeks ago.  Others speculate Markle is missing all Trump related events given her public criticisms and apparent dislike of the president.  Markle called Trump “misogynistic” and “divisive” in an interview on Comedy Central’s “The Night Show with Larry Wilmore” back in 2016. Markle added to comments on then candidate Trump saying, “…Trump has made it easy to see that you don’t really want that kind of world that he’s painting.” It’s not just Americans giving Trump the cold shoulder on his visit Monday. Trump has been banned from addressing Parliament and protesters will be out in force for several planned demonstrations.

For this week’s look at some of your favorite Hollywood celebs, that’s a wrap!

Statement number one: Meghan Markle once again proves she is a confused tragic mulatto. She refuses to meet with President Trump, but married into the family that created and financed the Trans Atlantic Slave Trade.

Statement number two: Racist white America is extremely desperate to put R Kelly in prison; that’s a fact. The racist justice system will not incarcerate white rapists like Jeffrey Epstein, Allison Mack, Kevin Spacey and Roman Polanski. Stephanie Mills said it best, “They love black music, they just don’t want black people singing it.”

Your ignorance is astounding. Portugal created and financed the Transatlantic slave trade, not the English, who came later after it was established. And if you’re American and black, you too are mulato and tragically confused. It is best to be silent and thought a Fool then to open your mouth and remove all doubt.

The ignorance displayed in the first response is astounding. For starters, Portugal established and proliferated the TransAtlantic slave trade. Second, if you are American with African descent, then you too are mulatto. Better to remain silent and thought a fool then to open your mouth and remove all doubt.
