It is supposed to be an eternal honor to have your image immortally cast in stone, bronze or wax. Fans say a statue of rap icon is an insult, a joke-in short, a hot mess.
Social media has been buzzing about the statue claiming it was new and erected in Dallas. The statue is neither new. The picture making the rounds on social media is an old photo of a statue that had previously been housed in Stone Mountain,m Georgia outside the Tupac Shakur Center for the Arts. The center has since been sold and the statue may have found its way to Dallas, but TRN hasn’t been able to confirm if it has.
The chatter around the age and location of the statue may not be wrong, but fans are right on point when it comes to criticizing the work of art…
Looks like this was the template photo but they failed terribly ….Whom ever did the statue……we need a refund. pic.twitter.com/V0COmInZqL

Tupac isn’t the first celeb to be horrendously captured in some crappy artwork. People slammed famed museum Madame Tussaud’s after they unveiled this graven image as had the gall to call it Nicki Minaj.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder they say. Obviously its not in the hands of the artists that created some of these figures.
Not sure where that Tupac statue is right now, but we can be sure where ever it is someone is saying to himself…
